Return and Exchange Policy for Poshakas
At Poshakas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Return and Exchange Process

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is delivered to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return or exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If the product meets these conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
